Josh and Warren set the BGX team up after over 30 combined years at British Gas. We wanted to use our expertise and wealth of experience to deliver an exceptional service to our community but without the high prices. It soon become apparent that our customers wanted the same! 

Josh Warren - Joined British Gas in July 2004. Qualified through the apprentice scheme to the highest standards. After a few years establishing himself as one of the best engineers within the company Josh took the role of supporting a vast number of engineers and attending the most problematic of faults. This gave him a great expertise and understanding. After 13 years he felt disillusioned that the company no longer provided the tools, equipment and infrastructure to do the best job possible. Seeing a gap in the market he decided to provide a world class service and set up BGX!
