BGX was created by ex British Gas engineers Warren Steele and Josh Warren. We have combined our 30 years experience working for British Gas and are honoured to provide an outstanding service for our customers.

We are Worcester Accredited Installers and can offer up to TEN years guarantee on any Worcester boiler installed by ourselves. We also offer TEN years warranty on Vaillant boilers too, giving our customers the peace of mind that if anything should happen they are covered. This saves a lot of money on those boiler cover contracts every month.

Josh warren

In 2004 Josh completed the highly regarded British Gas apprenticeship and became a fully qualified technical engineer.

Josh went on to become a senior technician, repairing the trickier and problematic faults. This gave him an extensive knowledge and experience in the industry allowing him to transfer it to BGX.

warren steele

Warren Steele started his career in 1998 and has built up a vast wealth of experience.  Joining British Gas in 2000 Warren continued to install,service and repair central heating boilers.

After developing his career Warren became a senior technician going on to take care off intricate faults and installs.
